Day 24 Christmas Traditions #Festivephotochallenge #WinterGames2021 #TeamGameSleighers @StayCurious The French Canadian Traditions are mostly done on Christmas Eve, Mass, at midnight and go hone and have a huge meal and then open presents. My parents never did that, we woke up early Christmas day, open presents then had a nice breakfast and played the rest of day. After had a family of my own I kepted that except we tried to visit family.

Mehso-so

An easy read on history of common Christmas practices in America, from cards to trees to nativity scenes. The historical facts felt accurate but curated and I wasn't sure if the history on the cutting room floor was for length or if facts didn't align with the underlying message. The publisher strove to make all traditions relevant and “OK“ for modern Christians, even those traditions with a pagan past.
