I like his documentaries so I bought for some easy plane reading. Diary of lockdown times with the family and a lot of booze.

Pickpick

6/22 I enjoyed this book for the feeling of connection to others it gave me. Louis lockdown was unquestionably different (more privileged) to my own or every other persons too. But what stuck out was all the ways in which his feelings, thoughts, fears were so similar to my own. We were all so closely connected by this bizarre experience of the last couple of years. Yes it was whiny but I dare say any diary if 2020 would of had its moments!

I‘m (with a little help from my robot friend) having a spring clean this week and Louis is a great companion in my ears. Keeping me entertained and making me reflect on the first year of lockdown. And how universal some of the experience was.

Tamra Do you recommend a vacuum robot for pet hair? We have a Lab that sheds volumes year round. (edited) 2y
Magpiegem @Tamra yes! I have 1 dog, 3 boys and now I just have this set to come on after bedtime every night in the main living area and it gets rid of all the hairs and crumbs I used to have to sweep up all the time. You have to empty it regularly as it only has a small dust container but that‘s no trouble. Xx 2y
