Pickpick

I haven‘t been reading this book for long however this book goes over the science behind the physical aspect of training and how the body adapts to training stimulus. This book stresses that training must be specific to the sport being trained. I like books that cover sport science in detail. I find it fascinating how much the body can adapt quickly. There is no theme as this is a scientific textbook.
