Welcome to Litsy!

Even though I somehow liked this book, it still was a disappointment. I hoped to learn more about Madeira, Funchal and their history, their custom and traditions. Sadly, there was almost nothing of that in this book. Some historical facts were mentioned, but not to that amount I would've wanted. The characters are lovable and therefore, in my opinion, wasted here, since the book doesn't have any plot at all. Awww...I so wanted to love this book..
