Worst part about kids getting sick (besides them being miserable, of course) is trying to get back on a normal sleep schedule! This book is always a godsend in that regard. Meanwhile, I‘m standing in my living room at 4am alternating between baby monitor and Litsy to stay awake. Zzzzzz

DrexEdit Awww... I hope your little one is feeling better! 8y

I have consulted this book over and over, every time my preschooler changed sleeping habits. It's a fantastic, research-based read to help you get some shut eye ;)
