pickI picked this book up with a couple of misconceptions. First I thought it was by the same author who wrote the Gallagher Girl books (nope, that's Ally Carter), and I thought it was about royal vampires - I am a by the cover buyer, I rarely read blurbs. Despite the lack of vampires, I really liked it. YA tends to be very hit or miss for me, but this one was a big hit.
