The Spectrum: Glimpses of the Paranormal and Encounters with the Strange | 
pickI have read many, many books about paranormal subjects over the years and this is the first time an author has theorized that everything paranormal originates from the same source. He calls it a spectrum. So ghosts, cryptids, UFOs, aliens and other examples of high strangeness are produced along this spectrum. It‘s an interesting approach. The section on peculiar visits is the best, very eerie. Worth a read.
