pickSuch a fun follow up to the first book! Juni and her sisters stay sassy while helping to solve the latest mystery, which was filled with red herrings and fun. While I wasn't much interested in either of her love interests, I will say they've done a bit better in making me not actively want a better love interest for her. Good to see a little more about everyone's lives and loved that little tidbit about Tansy's “nemesis“!

I really love the setting for this series, the obvious love for Texas. The characters are so fun, although I do not care about this love 🔺, at all. A little predictable, & the pacing slowed a lot in the middle. But definitely enjoyable, & I‘d be happy to read more. 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
