Nothing earth shattering in here, but it was a nice little palette cleanser for my current state of mind. I highlighted a lot of stuff I'd like to come back to, and some self affirmations, guided meditations, and journal prompts I would like to try. Not for the skeptical, but if you're into woo woo, hippie, spiritual stuff like I am, then I would recommend ✌🏾😌✌🏾
