No Sweet Sorrow
No Sweet Sorrow: DCI Daley #11 | Denzil Meyrick
2 posts | 2 read | 1 to read
A potent new drug has hit the streets of Kinloch, and DCI Daley and Scott are struggling to catch the notorious gang behind this evil trade.
After a party of Oxford students arrives in town for a camping trip before a Himalayan expedition, one of the group seeks out an illegal high and is violently assaulted. However, these students are well connected, and this brings further unexpected problems for Daley. Ultimately, he and Scott will discover crimes as disturbing in nature as anything they have ever confronted.

My first book finished for #AwesomeApril Readathon

This is the latest book in the excellent DCI Daley Series by Denzil Meyrick. As always these are great reads, as much for the main characters and their interplay, as well as the crime investigation. I throughly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys high quality crime fiction and / or books set in remote areas of Scotland. One of my favourite series. #SeriesLove2024 @TheSpineView

Andrew65 Another series up to date.

Planning to finish up this book tonight (possibly tomorrow lol) for another series I'll be up to date on. My hope for this series is that there will be more books but Liz goes away permanently
