I love this series so much! I love that I got more of Desmond‘s background story and the events so far from his perspective. The author didn‘t completely rewrite books 1 and 2 from his POV. She stuck to the relevant information. I‘m tried of authors rewriting entire series from the man‘s POV just to make a buck on a story I‘ve already read. Laura Thalassa did it in a novella which was the perfect amount. ❤️
