A Magical Sickness
A Magical Sickness | Nicole Zoltack, Nathan Howe
2 posts | 1 read
Rafe and his four friends love to get into trouble. When they suggest they finally explore an abandoned mithril mine, Rafe is all for it. Too bad he's so tired and his body's so weak. Add in frightening visions and something definitely isn't right. What's worse is that this sickness might not be normal... but magical.

Mehso-so

Characters were okay but it was a bit hard to remember who was who, they didn't feel unique enough. This was a novella and it's always harder to develope characters in shorter story.

World building was okay and it was pretty easy to get into the story.

I am not 100 % if this story was needed because this could have been even shorter and a prologue in the first book.
