I‘ve been trying out various recipes from the tagged cookbook. The author writes: “Don‘t be afraid to modify a recipe.” This is the kind of advice I like! The palakura pappu (a Telugu recipe from South India) that I made has whole red lentils instead of split yellow peas, yu choy sum instead of spinach, and preserved lemon instead of tamarind. I use what I have. Turned out delicious!
