One of my final tasks today: transfer cider to secondary fermentation carboy, where it can sit for the month that I will be gone. 🍎

Hobbinol Hard cider is the best. Cheers! 8y

I almost forgot that I'm also #currentlyreading cider-making instructions written by Annie Proulx. (Downloaded ebook from the library.) My apple tree has a bumper crop. Fingers crossed that first fermentation will be done before I leave on holidays.

DebinHawaii Nice! I love cider! 🍎🍏🍎 8y
readinginthedark Oh fun! My family is going to go pick some apples at a local orchard in a couple of weekends. Annual tradition! 8y
Lindy @readinginthedark @DebinHawaii I hope the cider tastes good. I made 50 pounds of apples into juice. Can't even give away all the apples still on the tree because every tree in Edmonton has a bumper crop. 8y
