Determined to defeat the terrible evil preying on the village, Abigail forms an unlikely partnership with a young pastor, Father Carnes. Together with her brother-in-law, Duncan, and a roguish lumberjack named Colvin, she unlocks a dark secret that could be the key to their salvation. But the superstitious villagers don't take well to her unusual methods.
