Baked tofu with peach habenero barbecue sauce. A friend made some and sent me the bbq sauce recipe, but I went back to the big book of tofu because I needed to figure out the best way to cook it. I usually airfry cubes, but wanted a bigger slice. Pretty good, and I will be making the sauce again for sure.

mandarchy I chop tofu and bake it for 20 at a low temp, stir it and bake another 20. No need to drain it or marinate it. While it's still hot, I toss it in the sauce I want. The best sauce? Tamarind paste, low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar. Add the seasoning you like, I like chives, garlic and unsweetened peanut powder. 6mo
Aimeesue @mandarchy That sounds great! 6mo
