The latest in the Rip through Time series finds Mallory and friends traveling out of Edinburgh to attend a wedding. And of course someone has to go and get murdered! I enjoyed the change of setting and based on what gets teed up for the characters at the end, I‘m excited to see what comes next!

Death At A Highland Wedding

I've enjoyed this series so much. I already look forward to the next book. I am rooting for Gray and Mallory to end up together. Though she has gone back 150 years in the past and basically decided to stay there Mallory pretty much has fallen for Gray.

This is the 4th book in a series, the 1st one being “A Rip Through Time“. The series feature Mallory, a 21st century homicide detective who has ended up in 1870‘s Scotland. When a man is murdered at a country estate in the days before a wedding, Mallory, Gray and McCreadie investigate. The books all have mysteries, some great humour, and a bit of romance. Thanks to Edelweiss+ for the ARC. I really enjoyed it and look forward to more. 4.5/5 stars

I don't usually care about when new releases drop. However I've been excitedly waiting for the new book from the A Rip Through Time series by Kelley Armstrong. One more day woohoo!

I started this fourth installment of #ARipThroughTimeSeries while on the plane to Edinburgh! Though little of this one actually takes place in the city (our cast heads north for the titular Highlands wedding introducing some new characters & naturally, a new murder to solve!), I still really enjoyed this #VacationRead! Armstrong is really stretching out the central romance with the will-they/won‘t-they & I already can‘t wait for book number 5!
