pan2 ⭐ Won the cover is horrible. Two the illustrations are nice. This book feels like it wants to ape Shel Silverstein. There are mostly very long, rhyming poems. Except because the cadence and the rhyming is not silky smooth they feel twice as long as they are. It also while the stories are aiming to be fun and entertaining, they feel depressive and sad. . This author does not do a bad job, but I do think they need more practice.
