Yesterday I found evidence someone tried to break into this house, which was scary for me personally and also would‘ve backfired big time for the thief because the awful couch? Ain‘t even the start of it.
Also, Daisy would‘ve mauled them and peed on their foot while she husky-shrieked.
But hey, I got to visit my favourite used bookstore today! I bought stuff by Fumi Yoshinaga and Melissa Scott. The Massey Lecture was a Little Free Library find.

xicanti @Avanders this is a high crime neighbourhood and people took stuff from the yard before my uncle started chaining it all up, but I think this is the first time they‘ve ever forced a door open. Luckily, the inner door is sturdier and layered with insulation, so I guess it was too much hassle to deal with in the dark. 8h
