After the health and science books I've read lately, I couldn't help but laugh at this.
Great article in the San Diego Union Tribune today! Book readers “live longer, better lives.” In fact the research finds that “3 1/2 minimum hours of reading per week lowers a person‘s risk of dying by 20%” according to a study by the Yale University School of Public Health. Yay!
