Mehso-so

I really enjoyed House Atreides and House Harkonnen, but there was a huge decline in quality with House Corrino. It got tediously repetitive, and the final sentence at the end of each chapter could be so cheesy. The authors were constantly spelling out the obvious, not trusting the reader. The only reason I chose "so-so" instead of "pan" is for the content itself; I feel like I REALLY know this universe, and I'm excited to read the original Dune.
