A SciFi novel, it‘s a brilliant start to a story of humanity‘s last defenders against a collapsing universe being the dregs of its military, criminals & a species of aliens supposedly wiped out in the last war. I thought it was brilliant, the sequel is also on my #21BooksOf2021 list. #12BooksOf2021
