A teeny tiny bit late, but here's what I recently learned from a book. It's more of a language factoid than an actual fact, I think. @ShyBookOwl 😁

The saying is: In and out like a fiddlers elbow.

But I liked the version 'not to be repeated in polite company' much better: Up and down like a bride's nightgown.

🙈🙊🙉

RaeLovesToRead In fairness, before I actually thought about it, the first saying sounded pretty filthy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 11mo

#FactFromFictionTuesdays

Fiction lovers know you don't need to go to the non-fiction aisle to learn new things. So I thought this would be a fun way to spread knowledge through novel love 😍

Here's mine: Catalina Island (CA) is mostly car-free. At the time of this book, there was a 14-year waitlist to be approved for a full-sized vehicle! (I Googled it. It's now 25 years)

julesG Interesting factoid! I'm wrecking my brain as to what I recently learned. 11mo
ShyBookOwl @julesG I thought so! Lmk if u come up with anything 🤗 11mo
