“The God-centered life works. And it rescues us from a life that doesn‘t.” A great, short book on how to live for Jesus!
I finished this book in December, but am just getting around to a review. While picking up a reserve at the Library, I noticed this small book in a display of Christmas books. It was too appealing not to take home with me. Louisa May Alcott wrote the three short stories as a contribution to a literary publication created by five of her fans, the Luken girls. Heartwarming, sentimental, gentle, uplifting. Just what I wanted for the Holidays.
@ozma.of.oz is hosting a set-your-own goals #Adventathon for this month. For this challenge, I'm going to focus on books I own, as I frequently get distracted by library and Kindle Unlimited books this time of year!!
Fun book -the kiddos have enjoyed this over zoom
It‘s going back to the library today 🤍🐇🐢

This Caldecott Award Winning book is a great choice for a RA in the classroom. It‘s a story that shows why we should be thankful for what we have & stay humble no matter how big you have become. This book could also tie into the food cycle, since we see the relationship between small animals being hunted by big ones. This MF book would be best taught using UDL principles 3.2(highlight patterns, critical features, big ideas, & relationships)
IF by Rudyard Kipling.
