Why yes! Yes I did!
This is the perfect island tune for my bookish island!

GingerAntics Why yes, I do have a cute little bookish island in the cerulean sea… and I do, in fact, wish I were there. 2mo
Traci1 Every few months I google to see if there's any update on a new AC game coming in the nearish future. I'm always disappointed. 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 I think they‘re all in on new horizons. They did a 2.0 update. I think they‘re just updating this one. They‘ve come up with some great story lines in this one, though. Just this morning I got the ability to literally change the island. I can build cliffs, move the rivers or get rid of them entirely. It‘s fun! 2mo

GingerAntics @Traci1 I just heard some interesting news that Nintendo seems to be doing a final push with New Horizons before releasing a new came in the franchise next year. Fingers crossed. I‘m trying to figure out what the next thing to do with New Horizons might be (though, admittedly I‘ve only been playing it off and on for about a year, so I‘ve spent way less time with it than a lot of other people). 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 I literally just finished “plan K” yesterday (Monday), and then it ran the credits, so I‘m kind of wondering if that was the end of the official story line? I dunno. Now I have to find this dude to open a cafe in the bleeding museum. No clue, anymore. I wouldn‘t mind a new game either. 2mo
Traci1 Oh, the Cafe is great. I love Brewster. The credits are sort of the end of the beginning. It basically opens up the ability to do everything in the game. If you have the Happy Home Paradise DLC, there's more to do there as well. 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 I was debating the DLC. I didn‘t know until I went digging that they haven‘t updated ACNH since 2022… I didn‘t even start playing it until then. 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 so the big announcement was that pocket camp is become pocket camp complete. So now there is an entire game on your phone. Still no further update for NH and no way to play PCC on switch, so that kind of sucks. I‘m not sure I want to play a complete game on AC on my phone. 2mo
Traci1 I downloaded pc to my phone because there were a few items that you'd be able to buy from the abd machine in resident services if you did (like a campsite sign which is adorable), but i never played it. I think a new AC won't be brought out until the next nintendo console comes out. I'm just hoping that it does eventually happen. 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 I‘m kind of hoping they‘re not going to wait that long. Nintendo has invested way too much into the switch, and moving to something else (not just an improvement on the switch) would really piss people off. It‘s not like they have really finished ACNH. It‘s kind of annoying that they are doing PCC and there is still a bunch just hanging there in NH. It‘s actually kind of annoying. I dunno. 2mo
GingerAntics @Traci1 I played PC for a while. I didn‘t have a switch at the time, so I never knew about that small connection. Now they‘re wanting to change $20 for an app, another $25 for the DLC. NH was like $50 or $60. It‘s like they don‘t care about the game itself anymore. I dunno. Maybe it‘s just me. I‘ve considered picking up PC again, but I‘m leaning towards not going to, because the whole social aspect is being removed, so I don‘t see the point. 2mo
