Fun follow up to first book {I am reading the series this year}. You know the drill. Greek myths reimagined and retold YA style. No romance which I appreciate. Overarching story line in the series so far but each book stands alone.

A friend recommended the second series. I am hoping not to get sucked into the universe... too many books to follow but so far it looks like a possibility

I didn't have time to read yesterday so I took it today. I still need to finish the tagged book that I started in March (and also 2 others🙈). The tea is herbal called sweet dreams.

My 8 year old & have been reading this at bedtime, she‘s obsessed. She has become obsessed with mythology & is always checking out books at the library about Greek mythology. This is my first time reading the series. As you can see this book is well loved (my husband read this series to our middle child at least twice). All of my kids have ADHD, so having a character that they can relate to & see their disability represented matters. #bookspin

Nico and Will take on a rescue mission that brings them back down into the depths of Tartarus, where they face everything from actual monsters and the environment to their own inner feelings. Another fun romp in the world of demigods and reimagined Greek mythology! I wish more was done with the split timeline. #LGBTQIA #GreekMythology

Spring is finally here and I can read outside. We finally have some sun. The beginning of March was colder than January, last week it rained and also we lost my father in law. Hope Spring brings us better days and more sun🌞☘️🌷

A difficult and stressful week is behind me. I had a reading slump. I started reading Lightning Thief for #middlegrademarch I didn't read it before and I'm enjoying. Great fantasy world always put me out from reading slump.🔥🔥

This is one of the few series that both my daughter and myself loved. She went through a Greek mythology phase so she accumulated tons of books over the years. This series of books were the only ones that survived the donation piles each year.
