pick1950 Denmark Nete Hermansen was sterilized by Dr. Curt Wad. Det. Carl Morck is presented with the case of women who went missing in the 80's. The novel brings to the forefront the forced sterilization of women in Denmark's recent history also the rise of a fascist political party. It is a top-notch thriller with lots of suspense from the beginning until the very end. I‘m looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Highly recommended!
