Oh, for Pete‘s sake, Ellie; stop pining for James‘ body and pay attention to the fact that someone out there probably wants to kill you! Right now, I‘d be okay with that. Two hours left; time to choose a new #audiowalk book.

#Two4Tuesday

1. I was the student that actually liked doing homework…and then I decided I liked school so much I went to graduate school. So yeah, a pretty good student.

2. The tagged book is one of my all time favorite YA books by one of my all time favorite authors with one of my all time favorite covers (which I once had a very memorable conversation about with Dan Santat).

I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it.

Pickpick

The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo is thoroughly readable, intriguing and compelling. Not only is its #BookTok popularity warranted, I think that it might actually be a force for good in society at large, as an introductory lesson to thinking critically about celebrity culture, and media literacy. I had three 5 star reads this month, but my favorite has to be the latest installment of J.D. Robb‘s (aka Nora Roberts) In Death series. A very entertaining mystery with a look at a favorite character‘s mysterious past.

Belated Feb wrap-up! I finished 8 books in Feb, mostly ebooks/audiobooks.
🥇The Hurricane Wars
🥈The Deal - already picked up another Elle Kennedy book since I liked it so much!
