In this mini-series, comics veteran Louise Simonson takes us on a whirlwind tour of Jean Grey's most pivotal decisions. What if Jean had acted differently? This was really fun and you can read it even if you aren't caught up on X-Men.

I love almost everything by Kieron Gillen, but this volume of Immortal X-Men is badly hampered by the need for lots of exposition explaining stuff from Sins of Sinister. Also, Mother Righteous is a terrible charactet. I did like the scenes between Sinister and Xavier.
I was 15 pages into the book when I had the thought that you're not supposed to know what kid grows up to be Wolverine, lol
Really enjoying the art, so pretty 😍😍
Accidentally started the habit of finishing a library book on the way to the library...
Emma Frost rally‘s everyone to fight fascists and reference‘s Mean Girls.
“You could have left…maybe you would have gotten away. I‘ll never truly understand you”. “We didn‘t leave …because we belong! Because we say so.”

The frantic multiverse travels of Dead X-men is enjoyable, although too high stakes to be fun. I read this based on the team make-up. So if you like Jubilee, Rachel, Cannonball, Dazzler, Frenzy and Prodigy you might like this. (I will never understand Prodigy‘s power. Someone explain it to me.)

I was very into Charles Xavier reading Sinister to filth.
