I‘m doing a #beautifulbookcover photo challenge on my Facebook page so I figured I‘d better participate in it, too! I definitely have a weakness for an #aestheticallypleasing cover so there are plenty to choose from on my shelf. I can‘t say for sure that this is my favorite but it might be! It‘s so beautiful, as are the illustrations in the book. I love the cover on my non-illustrated copy, as well. And it‘s such a magnificent story! 🖤

abookishbutterfly @Patchshank Yes, I got it for Mother‘s Day!! There‘s an illustrated edition of Neverwhere, too. It‘s a different illustrator but it‘s cool, although there aren‘t as many illustrations in the book as there are in this one. 4y
