Snow In April | Rosamunde Pilcher
post image
Pickpick

I've read September & Winter Solstice. Literally there is a #rosamundepilcherforeveryseason
Earlier works. Her skill at setting a scene is there from the opening line. Character & storywise Rosamunde Pilcher definitely improved with age. But I could see myself revisiting this story one day just for the Scotland descriptions. At 5hrs long, I finished it yesterday while working in the garden.

Crinoline_Laphroaig This Summer I'm planning on reading The Shell Seekers. Most people consider it her best work yet I've never read it. I will probably swap between Kindle and Audio. At 19h 26m/530pages it will be just the thing to escape the summer heat 3y
CBee @Crinoline_Laphroaig I bought The Shell Seekers about a year or so ago and still haven‘t read it. It was a favorite of my grandmother‘s and I hope to read it soon! 3y
MaureenMc The Shell Seekers is excellent! 😊 3y
