The Middle by Jimmy Eat World

Books that fall in the middle of series.

I only made it through the first book a really long time ago but I have most of the series. I‘m planning to read the series in 2021. So here‘s to hoping I enjoy it as much as I think I will.

AllisonM89 You are one ahead of me. I'm enjoying them, but it's taking me forever to read through them 4y
BacklistReader @AllisonM89 I actually haven‘t read this one yet but I did like the first one. It‘s been years since I read it though and I think it went a bit over my head when I did. 4y
AllisonM89 @BacklistReader I'm about to jump into book 5 4y

BacklistReader @AllisonM89 enjoy. If all goes to plan I‘ll be there about this time next year. 4y
MsMelissa I‘ve got the full series, and am stuck at book six! I‘ve really enjoyed the books I‘ve read, but the thought of making it through the rest of the series is daunting and I‘ve avoided it 😂 4y
BacklistReader @Book_Fiend_Melissa I know the feeling. That‘s part of what‘s keeping me stuck on A Storm Of Swords by George R.R. Martin. 4y

Summer Nights by John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John

Best books for summer reading

I don‘t tend to pick books based on a specific season but most likely I‘ll be picking up some fantasy or historical fiction as they are my most liked genres.

The Rainbow Connection by Kermit/The Muppets

Bookish rainbow featuring diverse reads.

These are diverse by genre but that‘s about it. Because of how I pick the books I want to read I don‘t have very diverse shelves it turns out. That being said I don‘t turn books away because of there diversity but because I‘m not interested in the story they tell.

BacklistReader Reading diversely is not about choosing a book just because it is diverse. You should also be interested in the story that book is sharing. 5y
BacklistReader I felt I had to defend myself so there was a lot to say. 🤷‍♀️ 5y
AllisonM89 I used to have that exact copy of King Arthur when I was a kid! Sadly, it's long gone. 5y
BacklistReader @AllisonM89 I have the Robin Hood one too. I sadly haven‘t read either of the yet though. 5y
AllisonM89 @BacklistReader I HAD THAT ONE, TOO! lol
