So far I'm enjoying this upper middle-grade fantasy that feels a bit like Sabriel and a bit like 1930s Harry Potter. The #audiobook is also well narrated (not always a given). For some reason I keep picturing the characters and settings in my mind in the styles of Studio Ghibli. Anyone else get the same vibes?
