panThe book is just under 500 pages and less than 100 are devoted to monster hunting. The monster stuff was cool, if brief. The rest was repetitive, obnoxious relationship drama. Save yourself the time and just beat your head against a wall instead of reading about everyone‘s petty jealousies that amount to nothing in the end. Fuck this book, can‘t wait for the next one. #whycantiquityou

MeganAnn Arghhhh!!! I keep hoping she‘ll get back to more monster hunting, preternatural mystery solving with just a little relationship stuff thrown in. That‘s what I loved about this series in the beginning. I‘m still going to read this because I can‘t quit Anita either 🤷♀️ 6y
