Bookish_B Ages ago I was a Big Sister (for Big Sisters of L.A. organization) & we were at the Christmas event the organization puts on, which included the option to watch a movie in a theater. The movie we were watching stopped working & Jennifer Lewis gets up from her seat, walks up to the front & leads us all in songs to keep us entertained while they fixed it. She was great. Does she mention volunteering for them in the book? She was always there! 7y

Cedricsmom Yes she does talk about being a volunteer for Big Brothers and Sisters. She talks about the relationship that she had with her little sister and some of her little sister‘s family history. It‘s definitely in the book. 7y
