Crinoline_Laphroaig @Blaire All vegetarian recipes. It does have a paragraph about meat and how Ayureda does not require a Vegetarian diet. That it would be most appropriate in cold months, in small amounts. But that Western diets are too dependant on meat and it's taxing to the system. And that eating animals is a Karma and does not support spiritual energies. 7y
