pickThis author is new to me and has a strong backlist. Yay—more for my TBR! In the first of the series, we meet Dr. Annabelle (Anna) Schwartzman who‘s a medical examiner in San Francisco. She‘s also trying to escape a physically and psychologically abusive husband. He is straight up nasty! These two halves of her life begin to converge in Exhume.
