The book took me a lot longer to finish than I planned. I‘m a big fan of Charlaine Harris‘ work, but for some reason this book began to drag a bit. I decided to push through because I really want to read the trilogy so, I finished it. I love when the author makes readers work for the big reveal. It was definitely worth the read. I loved this book, possibly more than her Sookie Stackhouse series. Quirky characters, plenty of crazy stuff happening and some twists and turns when you don't expect it!
I felt like I was constantly in twilight while reading this book - it gave me that pleasant, tingly, anticipatory feeling of things not quite seen.....
And a bit of mood music to go with
