It‘s another song I don‘t know! From what I can tell, the main theme of the video is that Justin is mad at the girl and that he needs a haircut.
Be that as it may, this workbook may (or may not) be more helpful if you want to learn how to #loveyourself

I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it, I just do. Some will be old, and some will be new. Don‘t judge me - I have a lot of books. Join in if you want!

I've long believed in the strong connection between mind and body, that if you're stressed, unhappy, anxious, or in a negative headspace, that it can detrimentally affect your body. This book confirmed all of my theories and it did so using anecdotal and scientific evidence. I read the audiobook version but plan to purchase a physical copy so that I can reread some sections in order to more fully absorb the material. 5/5 ⭐️

Audible brings Deepak Chopra to its members in the form of a podcast titled, Living Outside the Box: Mind Body Zone. There are 12 episodes and I like that I could listen to them in order, back to back. I love Deepak‘s work, so listening to him interact with his guests was a true pleasure. Each session had a guest unique to the topic. This series is well produced, interesting, and thought provoking.#MountTBR

Based on extensive research and personal experience, Dr. Mate's book depicts the connection between emotional trauma, our capacity to express feelings and emotions and various types of disease (auto-immune disorders, diabetes, MS, IID, Alzheimer, cancer etc.). I particularly liked that it also includes some prevention and healing hints and principles, and references to Dr. Bruce Lipton's biology of belief.

My goal is to read 8 physical books off my TBR & 1 preordered. SO MANY goodies piling up on my TBR shelf &I have been reading a ton, but mostly ebooks (it‘s fine, but look at THESE). Only 3 of 12 (soon to be 13) books finished this month were physical (4 audiobooks, 5 ebooks - not including A Touch Of Darkness that will be finished today). So many good hard copies: seasonal fears, Hate U Give, Kay Scarpetta, Olga Dies Dreaming-
Found this book during the #NAMI Basics class yesterday in a footnote and quickly downloaded it to my Kindle. I thought I knew a lot about schizophrenia, but here I am 22 pages in and whoa! The most frightening thing about this disease is actually what people think it is, not what it is. #endthestigma
