I really enjoyed this #Cozie (I was able to read this while the boys - my family out of town- played catch in the yard. Conor enjoyed watching them play, too.

I have kiddos in the house! As a non-mom, I don't know how you moms and grandmas do this! My godson (9-year-old), cousin (14-year-old), and mom are all visiting from Texas, and I am EXHAUSTED! Trying to entertain them - but also trying to have quiet time (my husband and I live in a dark, quiet home, usually - we aren't a fan of the “big lights“). Anyway, I am super behind on #HashtagBrigade #BuddyRead

Had to get my car serviced and forgot my current reads —- but recently had a bookstore shopping spree and the books were still in my trunk!!! Yay!

Very nicely drawn graphic novel. I think the subject matter was way heavier than you would have guessed, with all the pretty pink pictures. All in all, I think it was great :) Nice ending to the story, ties everything all together.

We don't care that we were big babies during our Botox appointment yesterday; we got an ice pack and had to take a long, long nap because we felt like we were just punched in the face.

AND tomorrow is a mammogram, and I will whine about that too!

This book blew me away. It was so sad to read how we at times violate the rights of others - I know I work in this field and its hard sometimes to navigate through the ethical delemas we go through.

Cute. Enemies (kinda) to lovers - trying to uncover a secrecy. I overall enjoyed it :)

We do not care that we look like a complete mess after a 12 hour shift at work. My falling hair bun is a product of my long day, I will not readjust for the drive. I'll brush if in the morning.

I enjoyed this one. I think the first book I enjoyed better, though, but it was still very enjoyable.

My surfaces got away from me!!! This last week was rough - work and then the weather pressure added to massive headaches. I need to clean off my surfaces today to get ready for my next batch or work days. #AudioReSet

Found this one for my #ThematicCozies theme (festival) since it was in the title! I couldn't find a “first book in the series one“ so -- fingers crossed this one is good despite it being Book 8 of 10. I mean, they would have to have all the characters fleshed out, right? Anyway, another plus was a paranormal twist :)

Cults scare me so, so much! This book was so sad, the stuff she went through - I am so terrified of being caught up in something similar (but I don't have the $ for them to really want me).

It was cute. I really like the Hades/Persephone story. I tried really hard not to compare it to Lore Olympus (I wouldn't have liked it as much). But I enjoyed it for what it was. And the artwork was beautiful!

Also, people frequently get my name wrong, so this hit home.

This one was good- but so so heavy!

I‘m listening to this one - and although I‘m enjoying it and believe the info id important it just feels like a lot. The world feels scary and ugly and listening to about how women have been marginalized for years just — I don‘t know if I can consume all this at this time — not sure if I am gonna DNF yet —

I enjoyed this one. It was twisty :) I love when I can‘t guess the ending. Also that rehab facility (I mean not the treatment rooms) but the spa and all those other amenities —- I wish I could visit!

So this one was “okay” just really was a #NotForMe type of book, maybe if I did audio I might have liked the accents or get more of the drama - or I don‘t know, I did like the MC eventually standing up for herself but felt like it took too long for it. Looking forward to the #RiseUpReads discussion

Loved this graphic novel. The MC was a teen during my teen years, so it was a nice little trip down nostalgia. I mean, who didn't try to communicate with Kurt via Ouija?

This was a decent book, but --- It was a #NotForMe type of book. I can see why people loved it, but I found it pretty predictable and sappy, which - I guess it's the type of book it was supposed to be. Oh well.

I loved this one! It felt different than the others in the series since you got more of the bad guys perspective. anyway Kinsey always makes me crave Quarter Pounders! #BookSpin @TheAromaofBooks
