pickThis one was a fun, rapid read. Had me giggling throughout, and I liked Jack's magic vines. I do wish there would have been more detail about those magic vines, and maybe more use of them. The main character's true identity seemed apparent from the beginning, yet maybe it was all about the journey and not the mystery. The only thing missing, at least for me, was a map at the beginning of the book. That's just me, I like studying fantasy maps.
