pickA historical novel set in WWII Austria and 1980s America. A Jewish family attempts to escape the Nazis, and fifty years later a stamp collector's daughter discovers an unmarked letter addressed to one of them. It took me some time to warm to the characters, but overall it was a compelling read. #WWII #holocaust #historicalfiction #philatately
