Day 17: Autumn props #octoberlibrary17
I haven‘t got around to getting any autumn props but I did get these Publix salt and pepper shakers at a thrift store for $4. My dad recommended The Pilgrim‘s Progress to me but I haven‘t read it yet. Has anyone else read it? Any good?

Peterfox123 That was a set text at university for me. Outside of that I would never go near it. 🤓 2y
HannaPolkadots I read it when I was about 14 and actually enjoyed it (cause that's what you do when none of the boys ask you out) and I didn't find it difficult either. Been meaning to reread it as an adult, but have not gotten to it yet. 2y
alisahar I had a highly religious childhood- probably as religious as you can get- so I'm intimately familiar with the story but I never read the whole thing unabridged. I think it would be unbearable- just a litany of two-dimensional allegorical types. (edited) 2y
Vansa There's a children's version of this written by Enid Blyton that I remember enjoying a lot when I was a kid !! 2y
