I would use this story in an art class to show the impact of color in a story.
Seven Blind Mice, by Ed. Young is a wonderful story that captivates negative space and color. There are many colors and shades within the book that create a fun and exciting environment.

This book has a good source of light and dark. Having each page have a black background to emphasize the characters. This has a good theme about identifying an object as a whole instead of parts
The Seven Blind Mice by ED Young, 1993, was a thought this was a beautiful story with a magical take on color that could be read to children. It is a very friendly and inviting story that was comparable too the old tale of the three blind mice. The colors of the rainbow draw the reader in!
