I had a five hour plane ride home so I used some of that time to watch the movie. And while it was pretty close to the book I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. I still recommend people watching it because Del Toro is a master director and writer and the production (the creature) were gorgeous. #shapeofwater

This book is not for everyone. It might be categorised as Romance, but it is not. I'd say women's fiction fits better,since it actually thrives from the MC's obsessions. Lucy, the MC, is not a very likeable character, she's brutally honest and uses pretty vulgar language.
I'm giving it a So-So because I struggled through this story, it was just too vulgar to me.
