so-soJack the Ripper is terrorizing London, with the twist that Dracula defeated and killed Van Helsing and is now the Prince Consort of England. And vampires live side by side with the “warm.” Great premise and I enjoyed most of it, but I found it overly bloated with characters and unnecessary storylines.
