O Henry‘s The Gift of the Magi is the first short story I remember reading (and loving) as a kid so this was the perfect cap to a really fun seasonal reading experience for me. I‘m definitely ordering this again next year. And since I came to the party late this year, I still have 13 treats to enjoy in the days ahead. This is my second year with this short story advent calendar, and I liked it as much as I did the 2016 calendar.
