DragonAuthors @EloisaJames It isn't YA. I'd call it new adult. None of the protagonists are adolescents. The series starts with Truthwitch. This is book two. The first book includes some deep character development, making this second one that much more vibrant. The political complexities are too rich to grasp quickly. Read book one without expecting to fully understand it all right away. By the end of book one you'll be in love with it. 8y
