pickI've read very few contemporary YA books with an unflinching depiction of refugee situations, but #WhenMichaelMetMina was absolutely spectacular.
This is a book anyone can read, and it‘s a book that I feel all Australians SHOULD read. I would very much like to see this book become part of the high school curriculum one day.
