I wasn't sure about this book, but once I started I couldn't put it down!
Beautiful novel

This book was a delight!

I spent 15 years working in high-end restaurants and Danler does an excellent job conveying "restaurant life" and what it can entail from training to food to even health inspections. The characters were all fairly shallow and unlikeable. It also deserved a better ending.
